Transportation Analyst

The Transportation Analyst is responsible for managing and contacting bulk customers to validate the accuracy of the order on file at the TMS level prior to carrier tender. Deploys finished products to DC's (Distribution Centers/Warehouses), balancing thermal plant and other DC's needs. Coordinates logistical activities of finished products with Supply Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Export, and QA

Duties

• Document all customer contacts according to the call script guidelines


• Manage and perform all data updates in TMS


• Follow up with email updates to customer service


• Work independently with or without direct supervision


• Maintain order integrity by verifying all order information


• Work closely with the bulk control tower team


• Provides back up/support assistance for the export process and other plant deployment analysts.


• Runs reporting in SAP, excel, envision, TMS, to support deployment and logistics teams.


• Validate and coordinate travel schedule and confirm with the warehouses


• Provides back up/support assistance for the export process and other plant deployment analysts

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline


• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel


• Quick Learner


• Strong Communicator - both written and verbal


• SAP experience a plus or can catch on quickly to learning a new system

MUST BE HYBRID - Tues, Wed & Thurs required to be in the office; Mon & Fri are remote days
