Assist with laboratory-based experiments for strategic objectives for Advanced process Control in the large molecule/cell therapy/vaccine platforms

Responsibilities

• Perform Protein A purification of mAb batches from lab or production scale on microfluidic or lab scale columns


• Serve as team SME on Protein A purifications


• Submit for Analytical Testing Defined by Project schedule


• Perform Cell culture offline sample analysis, including spread plating


• Assist with bioburden cell culture projects


• Bioreactor Operations basic daily functions (inoculation, daily monitoring, and harvest


• Perform spectroscopic-based measurements to support APC initiatives and sssist with APC development by conducting spectroscopic measurements of cell culture samples


• Assist with Data Analysis of APC studies Learn


• Perform data auditing and presentation for chemometric analysis

• B.S. with at least 2 years of relevant post-graduate laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academic environment


• Experience with documentation and reporting of results using electronic lab notebooks


• Superior written and verbal communications skills


• Excellent command of the English language and grammatical application thereof


• Keen attention to detail


• Highly organized


• Proficient with MS Word, including TOC, creating/using styles, footnotes, and cross references


• Competent with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
